Pupils are taught in small classes by well-qualified, highly experienced teachers. This ensures that every pupil is given the best possible chance to attain their maximum potential.
In Middle School pupils have the option to audition for either the Middle School Dance or the Performance Foundation Course, progressing to the Sixth Form Dance, Commercial Music, Musical Theatre or Acting Course once they reach Sixth Form.
With a focus on ensuring our pupils achieve their full potential at GCSE level and are able to progress to the best universities, conservatoires, drama schools or the world of employment when the time comes for them leave us.
Compulsory subjects are English (language and literature), maths and science (double or triple). Pupils also choose three additional subjects from the following options: dance, drama, geography, French, Spanish, art, history, triple award science and music.
GCSE pupils study between 6 and 9 subjects. All pupils must study the core subjects. Optional subjects can be selected (one from Block A and one from Block B). If a pupil does not wish to study an optional subject, they can choose a study and/or a support lesson. A study lesson will enable pupils to spend additional time consolidating their learning and preparing for the public examinations.
