Yes – including a choice of hot food with a vegetarian and vegan option, puddings and fruit. We are happy to cater to all allergies and dietary requirements.
Boarders eat all meals in our dining hall and day pupils are provided with lunch and afternoon tea. Day pupils who wish to stay for dinner are permitted to do so if staying for evening activities (at no extra cost!). Notice of intention to stay for evening meals must be given one week before the course commences.
Dormitory sharing requests may be made on application, however they are not guaranteed. This is due to legalities surrounding age groups and the configuration of ages and genders on the course. We do endeavour to accommodate as many requests as possible. Participants will be informed of their allocated dormitory on arrival.
Boarders are required to arrive at 4pm on the first day of the course, with day pupils arriving the following morning. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate early arrivals.
All pastoral staff are experienced within caring for young people and are appropriately trained. In addition, medical staff are available in the medical centre during class hours.
Class groups are allocated via age and the information on the application form so please ensure that you are as accurate as possible when applying (include relevant experience, grades and exam boards where possible). Great care is taken to place each participant in the correct group for the course. All groups may be assessed on the first day and may be subject to change at the discretion of the Course Coordinator.
