We will use the information you have shared above to process your child’s application and contact you about upcoming events relevant to said application. Yours and your child’s information will be securely retained on record, in line with GDPR, for the duration of their application and, if a place is offered, until they reach 25, or you request for your information to be erased. At no point will this information be sold to third parties.

Parents must inform the School when submitting the registration form of any special circumstances relating to their child which may affect their child’s ability to fully participate in the vocational and academic education provided by the School.

I/we consent to the School processing and storing my/our data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation for administrative purposes, to Tring Park School for The Performing Arts contacting me with regard to my/our child’s application, and to receiving marketing communications and event invitations from the School relevant to my/our child’s application.

I/We understand that the School may also obtain, process and hold personal information about our child which may include sensitive information such as medical details, and I/we consent to this for the purposes of assessment and, if a place is later offered, in order to safeguard and promote the welfare of the child.
